Chili
As I lifted the second bite of Dalts chili to my mouth, I realized this was not some second rate menu filler or dumping ground for yesterday‘s leftovers. No, these chunks of perfectly seasoned ground beef and plump red kidney beans swimming in a subtly spiced chili sauce had been lovingly composed by someone. This was not some “one note” chili – this was a chili symphony with many subtle flavor notes and a staccato of afterburn that was just enough to get a standing ovation from my taste buds. Dalts is old time chili parlor chili. More crackers, please!
