Light and fluffy steamed buns are filled with chicken, pickled and fresh vegetables, and spicy peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce on the side. It’s a full meal stuffed into a bun that you can easily pick up and devour. The bread is a little sweeter than a traditional dumpling, and you can also get them filled with bbq pork, beef bulgolgi, or enjoy vegetarian style. But eat them quickly as they are best enjoyed when the bun is still warm. Not that I needed any excuse to eat them as quickly as I did.
