What a beautiful mess! I went to my go-to Greek diner and all the regulars said, “Eat this!” So I did. Sometimes Demetri (not Greek to me) conjures up a storm of tasty happiness not always available on the menu. Today was such a day. I had his version of the American staple – chicken pot pie. Total wow! Chicken bites galore, dotting a sauce concoction of carb-induced bliss. Layer after layer of the thin crunch of home-made biscuit leaving a dish worthy of a Mount Rushmore contemplation. I looked, took a pic, and indulged. Yum. The beautiful end.
