Chicken Parm
The only hard decision you will have to make about Stefano’s is lunch or dinner. The chicken parmigiana is not up for question. The chicken is gently pounded to a buttery tender deliciousness and their renowned chef is not shy about the Mozzarella melted on top. The sauce combines just the right amount of tang to be short of sweet, but not cloying. If it’s lunchtime, you probably should pair this with one of their crisp house salads otherwise you’re going to need a long nap. Dinnertime? Bring on a side of one of their fine homemade pastas and a fairly priced bottle of red. Plan on needing a good long workout the next day. You leave Stefano’s happy and full.
