Two sisters, formerly from Chicago, took a closed-down soft serve ice cream shop and turned it into a now thriving destination. Their signature offering is, of course, the Chicago Dog. A Vienna all beef hot dog served on a steamed poppy seed bun, topped with yellow mustard, tomato, diced onion, relish, pickle spear and celery salt.
