If you love a BLT like I do and find yourself in Palm Beach County, go to Cathy’s Beach Connection! Having just arrived, of course the first thing I did was go for my BLT fix. It was unusually windy and cool, so I sat outside savoring the day and smelling the salt air. This BLT is so fresh, served with freshly made-to-order bacon, juicy yummy tomatoes and lettuce, soft white bread and coleslaw, or chips or fruit. As I bit into the sandwich with a little mayo, tomato juice running down my chin, I was so happy to be in my home town. They have great dinner specials and happy hour too.
