Bam – there it was! My vintage Fred Flintstone mega short rib. Our beloved neighborhood Italian haunt, Positano’s, delivered the goods. Not often on the menu, this blistfully tasteful and over-sized beauty was oozing with flavors, sauce, sumptuous aromas and some kind of God-sent carrots. Known as “Coste della croce” in Italy, the homeland folks would call this legit. The menu is spot on and the service sensational. Ask for Anthony or Jesse. You are likely to run into us as well.
