Antipasto Contadina
Cibo Straordinario! The Winter Springs Italian standard has been set for many years by Stefano’s Trattoria. For lunch I typically go soup (different every day) and a salad (many options). Today I needed meat and veggies. Valhalla! The mini-Contadina had me firing on all cylinders. Made with the long-time chef’s high-level of TLC, I enjoyed every bite. A perfectly-sized plate of salami, soppressata, prosciutto, sharp provolone, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, anchovies and black and green olives, this is must-try! I shouldn’t have, but I made baby sandwiches with Stef’s home-made bread. Ridiculously good.
