It’s no secret, presidents over the years have gained fame not only for their policies, but for their food habits. Reagan had his jelly beans. Obama had his seven-almond habit.

Now, Columbus, Ohio-based Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream and San Francisco, CA-based Moschetti Artisan Coffee Roasters are celebrating the new administration with two options created in honor of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Jeni’s features a “White House Chocolate Chip” in homage to the president’s love of ice cream (google Joe Biden and you’ll find countless photos of the president enjoying a cone), while Moschetti Artisan Coffee Roasters has created a special coffee blend inspired by Harris’ Jamaican and Southern India roots that, according to owner Fabrice Moschetti, is “strong, bold, but lively and with a long finish.”

Normally President Biden’s “usual” is a double scoop of chocolate chip in a waffle cone. In 2016, when he was vice president, he toasted with cones on The Jimmy Fallon Show, all while wearing his infamous Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses. The newly-released  “White House Chocolate Chip” includes crunchy chocolate flakes and chocolate-covered waffle cone pieces in a vanilla ice cream.

According to Jeni’s Splendid owner Jeni Britton Bauer, the flavor is a play on Biden’s favorite go-to, “and, like President Biden, is easy to love.”

“We are launching this flavor with a vision for building a brighter future in mind. It’s meant to be a token of appreciation for the moment. And, I hope, a beacon of light and love.”
