Nashville is more a family than a city. What’s better than chatting with new friends around a table eating from bottomless bowls of perfectly prepared southern comfort food in an antebellum  mansion? Answer? Nothing! Every dish is packed with an extra shot of flavor, but no fat or sugar overdose here. The pot roast fell apart into rich thick gravy with tender carrots, potatoes and onions. You can hear the juicy flavorful fried chicken crunch from across the room. The mashed potatoes were from scratch and the tender greens had smoky ham hock richness. The flavor, texture and seasonings were spot on for the chicken casserole, stuffed pasta shells, corn soufflé, green beans and slaw. Feeling lonely and homesick from your travels?
