Excellent Shrimp Scampi at Marinade on Main in Ramona, CA. This dish is not part of their normal daily menu, but is a regularly featured “special” item. I have always been impressed with their composed pasta dishes here – perfectly al dente, thoughtfully prepared and such a combustion of flavor. If you’re a fan of garlic, you would love this dish. Plus their “Marinade’s Alfredo Pasta” which is very popular. Highly recommended!
