Watcha doin’ in Steamboat? Skiing? Hiking? Relaxin’? Either way, you’re missing out if you don’t wander into this friendly joint! I went old school with the cheeseburger. Plain and simple. 1/2 lb. beef, crammed full of western flavor, juicy, an unfussy soft bun, and onions. Note the broccoli bacon slaw. Kind of ingenious. This place is a classic American diner with folks chatting politics and the weather on the main drag of beautiful Steamboat Springs.
