Tacos Asadero is a hidden gem in North County San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo neighborhood. Featuring traditional TJ-style tacos in a no-frills taqueria establishment, the tacos are legit and relatively inexpensive. I ordered one Asada and one Adobada and both were excellent. The tacos are pretty small but thoughtfully prepared. I really loved those freshly griddled corn tortillas.
