Sometimes you just crave Tex Mex? You know, anything with the word “platos” in it? So my holy trinity this evening was the pork tamale, cheese enchilada, and ground beef taco (sorry chile relleno, next time.) Note the great melt on the cheese. The taco delivered appropriate crunch along with good seasonings. And the tamale beneath the mole sauce was soft and flavorful, its pork interior stringy and deelish! Rice, beans, the whole, ahemm, enchilada. Yep! Along with a half pitcher of Sangria and a DC sidewalk cafe seat. Muy bueno!
