This small and cozy smokehouse is right in the heart of West Yellowstone’s historic downtown. You know that the place is going to be great when their website says: “Open til a certain time or sold out!” The rustic wooden building with the smell of barbecue coming from the smoker out back is a great way to start. After a quick line and watching the employee shred the brisket right in front of me, I sat down to this delicious meal. The brisket was the most juicy, tender, flavorful brisket of all time. All the fixins’ started to melt once I stirred up the potato. Mac n’ cheese is a great side with the perfect blend of cheeses and texture. If I lived near the area, I would be there weekly!
