Making one of Louisville’s best breakfast & brunch sandwiches, Cold Smoke Bagels did not disappoint with The Veggie Sandwich. While fully vegan, it still did not miss on the authentic Jewish comfort food vibe. Fresh arugula, pickled cucumbers,  red onion, tomato and a vegan schmear! On an everything bagel! You can’t go wrong. Also we highly recommend that you check out their other sandwiches.
