The great Lady Antebellum had it right. “It’s a quarter after one, I’m down a ton, and I need grease now.”  Located in the underrated Rivers Casino in the Steel City near the confluence of the Ohio, Monongahela and Allegheny rivers, resides the answer to late-night fare after a “big night” on the tables and slots. We had a reservation at the Prime for 8 but decided to save a fortune and make our donation on the floor, instead. Beautiful handmade patties, amazing soft rolls, and dueling grease – fries and rings. That’s a gamble we’re glad we took.
