Known for their fried chicken and down-home food, The Eagle delivers with all cylinders hitting on full speed. We wanted a little something different to start our late lunch, so we went for the Pimento Cheese Plate. So gorgeous to behold, so yummy to consume. Not your usual opening salvo, the combination of pimento cheese, ritz crackers, spicy pickled green beans, house pickles and blackberry jam was its own superlative. So perfect. Enjoy!
