They say the Reuben was invented in Omaha. Based on the quality of this sandwich, I will venture right here at Luis M’s! This beauty is all about the corned beef. Thick, deep red brisket slices, crusty and juiced with flavor. Not too much slaw and the melted American cheese is a nice twist. I like the handheld manageable presentation. A reuben without the warfare.
