Boiling hot flavor party! I have been to Korean hot pot spots before, but nothing like this. They don’t bring you a plate of what they want you to eat; you do your own thing without limits. Our server recommended that I combine the Thai tom yum and seafood broths to become my cooking conduit. I then went to the meats (I chose lamb and beef), seafood, veggie and sauce bars, filling multiple plates. I also added some goodies that were on the moving conveyor next to our table. I went for other veggies and several types of noodles. I added the $5 option of unlimited apps “because I didn’t have enough food already.” I picked crabs and wings. After this event of a meal, I made the mandatory march to the frozen comestibles area. I had mini ice cream sandwiches and assorted Korean sweet treats. Make the trip!
