Yellowtail Carpaccio
Behold food artistry. Buttery slices of the freshest yellowtail topped with a thin round of jalapeno and a kiss of black fish roe. Every gently dipped bite is a umami explosion in your mouth. The only problem with this delightful East Nash eaterie is that in addition to their phenomenal sushi offerings, they also serve up a full Thai menu of which I have also sampled and it makes ordering nearly impossible. A good problem to have indeed!
