Yaki Udon Noodles
Sit at the sushi bar, enjoy your Sake and a fish appetizer, and then on to the Udon noodles! Chewy. Unctuous. The right veggie-to-noodle ratio. And the thinly shredded beef has a hint of a zing and a bit of a crisp. This is udon done right. I learned from a Japanese friend that you always close with the noodles. She was right.
