White Brat
Spend some time in the Midwest and you’ll understand how important brats are. This one could make you become a Brewers fan! Beer soaked, perfectly grilled, every bite a peppery, seasoned explosion. Moist in the middle and crunchy on the outside, the German sausage bun was soft as a marshmallow. In the interest of an honest review, I didn’t even slather it with fixin’s. Washed down with a local Pilsener in a buzzy outside beer garden, we are talking summer perfection!
