My current road trip from Charleston to West Palm Beach provided opportunity to eat well amongst friends at the restaurants en route. Lewis Prime is an upscale American-style bar and grill owned by one of the most iconic hospitality groups in the U.S., the Lewis family, owners of Okeechobee Steak House, the oldest steak house in Florida. Visiting West Palm, boy oh boy the food was fantastic! Big fresh salad wedges covered with fresh chunks of bacon, tomatoes and home made bleu cheese dressing was a combo of delights. But the grilled shrimp – ooh la la, freshest juiciest, most delicious. I don’t think I have had a better Wedge salad anywhere.
