As Monzu Fresh Pasta celebrates their third year anniversary, they are adding seasonal items that are bound to be customer favorites, including: Prosciutto, fig spread and Stracciatella Pinsa; the Sicilian eggplant dish Caponata Siciliana; and Pork Tenderloin with purple yam purée and apple salad. ⁣I sampled the Watermelon Burrata Salad. This dish has creamy and delicious burrata, fresh watermelon, and a sweet balsamic drizzle. Just a perfect appetizer before enjoying one of their fresh pasta or seafood dishes. ⁣In East Village, husband-wife team Aldo and Serena take so much pride in serving high-quality fresh ingredients. The rich flavors are unmistakable in all of their amazing dishes. I love the simplicity of their food and their ability to really showcase all the items on the plate.⁣
