Nearly hidden on a neighborhood hill in the Bloomfield section of Pittsburgh is this nondescript little spot. The menu is modest and if you want a beer with dinner, you’re swinging a six-pack by your side. I must have looked indecisive (or the kitchen was closing), because the owner directed me to the everything vermicelli in a bowl. It was good advice! A potpourri of goodies sat atop the delicate, chewy noodles. Give it a good toss  and you had fragrant bites of shredded pork, strips of beef, possibly some mystery meat, all swimming in a flavorful umami bomb. A few ribbons of Sriracha rounded out this filling dish.
