Kabuki Hibachi & Ramen just opened in downtown Jeffersonville, just across the river from Louisville, and we ran to try it!! I’ve been missing this kind of cuisine in the area,  so it was perfect. The ramen is so flavorful and filling,  the noodles were a great consistency and I loved every slurp! Pictured is the veggie ramen with garlic tonkotsu broth.
