Three-flavored fish
Three-Flavored Fish is a popular Thai dish known for its balance of sweet, sour and spicy flavors. The fish filet is deep-fried until crisp and then covered with a flavorful sauce made from a combination of ingredients like garlic, chili, tamarind, palm sugar and fish sauce. It has sweet, sour and spicy flavors because of the rich, tangy and slightly sweet sauce. Perhaps it’s my love of fried fish and chips that had me ordering it the first time, but now it’s one of my favorite Thai dishes. At Siam Nara, they have perfected this complex balance of Thai flavors.
