Juicy and perfectly cooked, the custom burger blend, grilled red onion, local heirloom tomato, Bibb lettuce, 5 Spoke Creamery Redmond Cheddar, and bacon jam on a toasted brioche bun was delicious. The flavors went so well together. I added a little ketchup and the shoe string fries were crispy, with just the right amount of sea salt. We sat outside overlooking the waterfall. It’s a cool way to enjoy a great meal. Diamond Mills is an excellent restaurant and well worth the trip.
