The Original Chopped Salad at Gladly’s is a flawless combination of 8 perfectly chosen ingredients. The smoked salmon is the right amount of salty, paired with crunchy pepitas, currants and corn. Tomatoes and soft cheese covered in a creamy buttermilk herb dressing bring it all together. The “Arizona Chopped Salad” has been cribbed and imitated all over the country, but none do it quite like Gladly’s! Plus their calming atmosphere in the full glass restaurant and some great happy hour deals are definitely worth checking out. I constantly crave this refreshing and delicious dish. It is beautiful and picture-worthy as well!
