There’s a pretty good chance you will not find yourself in Logansport unless you are the type to take comfort driving tiny back roads through rural Indiana, in which case consider yourself lucky if you happen upon the grove of “TACO” and “OPEN” signs inviting you to enter this cozy azure-blue taco shack. What you’ll find inside is an inviting vintage counter, friendly service and made-to-order tacos (I had chicken and steak). The ingredients are as fresh as a spring breeze, the grilled meats flavorful and the refrieds, well – oh-so creamy and luxurious. It’s places like this dotting America’s two-lanes that make you pull over. I’m glad I did.
