This is your must-go, late-night taco stop in Salt Lake. It boasts a full and tantalizing menu, but I opted for the simplest of dishes – the tacos carnitas. Abundant meat, popping with cilantro and onion, and the tortillas were flavorful and handmade. Accompompanied by a side of terrific refrieds, I did not go to bed hungry.
