Doughnut
While their expansive menu and live music have been bringing fans from Tufts University and far afield to the newest hotspot in the Boston suburbs, one sure-fire favorite has been the special donuts that Chef Dan Bazzinotti (formerly of Eataly Boston) designs for a sell-out crowd every Sunday brunch. Each week, Premiere sends a poll to their loyal legions and based upon their votes, Chef creates some of the most creative coffee dippers around. Just as the venue is decorated with images of famous stars, the doughnut divas include pistachio ricotta, chocolate chestnut, pineapple upside-down cake, s’mores, and (of course), Boston Cream. So while America may run on Dunkin’ (which is also based in the Boston ‘burbs), more and more Americans are running to Premiere on Broadway to get their hole-y fix.
