This monster of a burger is part of Orlando Burger Week’s $6 specials. The burger is a beef patty, Birria, sweet plantain jam, jalapeño, cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and 1K sauce. You can add avocado and egg for $2 and you absolutely should. It kicks it up to the NEXT LEVEL! The sweet plantain jam is what really brings it all together though. This was a genius flavor combination and now I want it on all my burgers. By far one of the best I’ve ever had!
