This is by far the most interesting hot dog I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. The Sooo Cali Haus Dog is served atop a sweet Hawaiian roll, which adds a delicious sweet base for the savory contents. The all beef hot dog is covered in spicy basil aioli, alongside arugula, avocado, and tomato slices. The texture factor comes from the crispy and salty fried onions. I am absolutely obsessed with this unique take on a classic American dish. Pair it with one of their large variety of beers and don’t forget the fries!
