Served on a simple brioche bun, this is flawless brisket with the smoke ring easily detected. After adding the appropriate amount of sweet and spicy sauce to complement the sour pickle, I truly began to fully appreciate what an exceptional flavor confluence this was. The crispy tender fries were just the top-off for a brisket that can hold its own with any in Nashville, or Memphis, or St. Louis, for that matter.
