Shabu-Shabu
My first night in Tokyo I was taken to a shabu-shabu restaurant for dinner, followed by late night karaoke. It was an instant hit for me and I loved the fresh meats and vegetables, dipping sauces and social aspect of the dinner. Much less so the karaoke. Flash forward 10 years and I get to have the same delicious shabu-shabu experience in San Diego now that we have a Mo-Mo-Paradise here. It’s the same traditional Japanese hot pot, with a focus on high-family ingredients. It’s a meat lover’s dream to enjoy their all-you-can-eat culinary experience.
