Seared Tuna and Ginger
If entrées were an organized sport, this dish would win. The amount of coordination and subtle interplay between all of the different flavors here was really remarkable. The tuna was seared perfectly with a bright red center, tasty and moist. This wonderful protein choice was spread over a bed of cabbage, red onions and baby greens with staccatos of pickled ginger bursting through out of nowhere. Texturally, when you add the fried wonton chips and the creamy, cilantro dressing you have a unified powerhouse of flavor that is impossible to argue with. It’s healthy, refreshing, and packed with protein. This dish has it all. Good job 51 N. taproom!
