DISCLAIMER. This is Lu from Jersey and I approve this message. Finally, pizza crust just like you were in the Big Apple. Thin crust with a nice texture, not tough from overworking the dough. The sausage was nicely spiced, the mushrooms were still juicy, and  add the sweet onion for a flavor wallop. The mozzarella was fresh and creamy and when you combine it with the vodka cream sauce you have a nice slice in anyone’s book, especially if you’re from Jersey!
