Being a fan of sushi and sashimi and having the fortune of eating the finest around the world, I went to have a meal at Michael Mina’s newest restaurant, located in a beautiful setting in Tiburon, CA, right off the bay. To my surprise, on the menu they had a sashimi trio that consisted of yellowtail, tuna and salmon, with a homemade soy sauce. The flavor and freshness of the fish was nothing short of outstanding. The sashimi with the finest of taste, with not a moment to waste, was gone oh so fast, for it did not last. Now, they offer plenty of great choices, but the go-to for me was the Sashimi of Three!
