Reuben
There are “reubens” and then there are REUBENS. McNamara’s has departed from a classic preparation in that their prime corned beef is chopped, and not sliced. This distributes the fat more evenly through the meat, and also makes every bite super tender. The melted Swiss combines brilliantly with the corn beef fats and the perfectly buttered-toasted bread. As if this is not enough, they also pegged my one peccadillo, NO SOGGY BREAD! When accompanied by the sweet potato fries and a lightly brined garlic pickle, my mouth is thankful after every bite. All hail McNamara’s Reuben.
