Prime Beef Tenderloin
This prime beef tenderloin with its peppercorn crust at Vistal was sheer perfection. And if a perfectly cooked tenderloin wasn’t delicious enough, pairing it with a peppercorn crust was brilliant. However, it was the bone marrow butter that truly stole the show. It had a decadent richness and went so well with the creamed kale and king oyster mushrooms. Vistal has an incredible view of San Diego Bay, so you will be torn between staring at the food, and the view. Did I mention the smoke show cocktail? That would be the perfect dessert.
