ACME had to be burning the midnight oil for this dish. Pot roast does not just materialize after 20 minutes of cooking. Fall apart tenderness, massive flavor density, and a smooth, silky gravy like this takes hours upon hours to develop. ACME lovingly ladles the jus over their scratch mashed potatoes and honors them with slow cooked maple glazed carrots and crispy shallots. The cornbread they flank their creation with is tender, moist and more than happy to soak up all of the flavor packed liquids that mingle on your plate.
