Have you ever ordered something up and when it arrived it was not at all what you expected? Hello pork green chili! I was looking for a bowl of steaming hot stew and after devouring half of this, I had to ask what it was. What it is is a baked queso, tortilla and Frito pie stuffed full of green Hatch chili, pulled pork, jack cheese and refrieds. Served in a retro-style roadhouse diner decorated in colors and stripes in a nondescript neighborhood. What it is, is delicious!
