Why didn’t I think of this??! Food discoveries come in many shapes and sizes. Some of my favorites are so simple as to defy description. Of course we love our marg-ee rims salted and chili-peppered and oh-so spicy. Not once did it cross my mind to apply this methodology to a piece of fruit! The result was a refreshing and tangy pineapple margarita consumed at an outdoor table on a hot Nashville night. What could be better? Well, those tacos. But we’ll save that for another review.
