Growing up, there were few things to look forward to during the school day other than recess, and the occasional substitute teacher. However, there was always the looming possibility of the almighty pizza party. I had almost forgotten about this obscure memory until my recent visit to Quincy Hall in Arlington, VA. The first bite of this classic pepperoni pizza brought me back to simpler times. I really enjoyed the crispy cup peps, and the oh-so-gooey and melty mozzarella. I also really appreciated the amount of tomato sauce, which had a refreshing acidic tang that paired perfectly with the salty pepperoni.
