Chicken Fire brings the heat and bold flavors of Nashville hot chicken to Orlando, and you can’t convince me that it gets any better than this. What was once my little secret pop-up truck, that lived at a food truck park nearby, quickly became Orlando’s best, as voted by the town’s foodies. And rightfully so. The chicken’s quality is consistent and perfectly moist every single time. The brown sugar, spicy batter is addicting and hypnotizes your taste buds to crave it weekly (this is not an exaggeration). The creamy, mayo-based Soul Sauce offsets the heat with the help of homemade coleslaw. The French fries are my kinda crispy and seasoned with more than salt and pepper. Due to the crazy demand and constant days of selling out, Chicken Fire finally got a restaurant to feed their happy, dedicated fanbase. A bucket list restaurant, for sure!
