The flatbread craze is, first of all, not a craze, and secondly, something I do not associate with my native NYC. In New York we call it pizza. So you can imagine my surprise to find that this “lobster flatbread” hit many of the right notes you might find on the streets of Brooklyn, along with the unexpected ingredient of lobster. Was I cynical? Yup! Uhhh, NYer. Well, look carefully. Chewy tasty bits of lobster in nearly every bite. And the crust had crunch, the basil was fresh, and it hit all the right cheese notes for an utterly filling lunch in Orlando. I slept all the way back to New York.
