What do you do when the menu has so many items that you want to try, so many dishes that look tempting, and every dish that passes you on the way to another table helps confuse your choice?  Of course you could get one of each, but that’s probably unrealistic. That’s why I love it when restaurants offer plates that give you a wide variety of items so that you get not one dish, but so many flavor profiles. Such is the case at Pacific Catch, where I ordered the Korean plate from the seasonal menu. This way I did not have to choose between an entrée of grilled skirt steak, kimchi fried rice, or Korean ahi poke. But I did have to choose between the Hawaiian, Korean and Japanese Pacific plates. But I am not complaining. I love the choices.
