Ohhh my lord, this corned beef hash walked in right off the farm. The big chunks of chewy tender meat paired with a smaller-than-usual percentage of potatoes and onion meshed to form a perfect flavor ratio. Every bite was an adventure in breakfast food. Add in buttery eggs, great sourdough toast, and the perfect retro diner ambience. The bustling staff featured plenty of tatts and the friendly good-natured vibe made you feel like you walked into a really fun frat house for brunch on a Saturday morn.
